executive Coaching

Executive coaching is used in a variety of situations. Some executives want to sharpen their leadership skills in order to make a bigger impact in their organizations. Others need an objective observer who can listen, brainstorm and consult on the myriad of challenging issues they routinely face. Others desire better life/work balance that creates more personal fulfillment. Coaching is a useful solution for these situations, and many more.

Depending on the focus of the coaching, I may use assessment tools, such as 360° evaluations, to deepen the learning and get a clearer picture of leadership expansion opportunities.

experiential sales training

This sales training emphasizes sales leadership rather than just sales proficiency. The skill development focuses on how to develop a solid knowledge base before making calls, asking great questions, listening at new levels, benefit-oriented selling, getting beyond small buys, calling on senior levels. Because the training is experiential rather than “talking head,” participants will practice the skills and interact with their fellow participants, creating a more active and integrated learning experience.

EXperiential team training

I employ various exercises in a fun and interactive environment to reveal the existing team dynamics and to develop various skills in teams (e.g. communication, leadership, teamwork, strategic thinking, etc.). This is done onsite and typically is done as a full day or half-day workshop.

emotional intelligence training

This training develops the core building blocks of Emotional Intelligence – Self Awareness, Self Management, Social Awareness and Relationship Management – through experiential workshops with 20-25 participants. A follow-up coaching program integrates the learning. The workshops are done in person and the follow-up coaching is done by phone.

individual life coaching

I work with individuals to create or navigate change, achieve goals and realize their full potential. In addition to work around clarifying and setting goals and creating an action plan, we take a deep look at your core values and explore how to integrate those values more fully in your life.

Team Coaching

Team coaching focuses on developing the skills and practices that create more productive teams. Team coaching is based on the same premise and general process as executive coaching, but is done with groups of people who are coached as a unit, rather than individually. Ideal group size is between 4-8 people but I can work with groups of other sizes.
